Overview

EcoCycle is a fictional sustainable packaging brand designed to serve SMEs and eco-conscious startups seeking affordable, environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional packaging. The project was focused on building the brand from scratch including positioning, messaging, and visual identity while solving a key business challenge: high operational costs limiting market access.

My Contribution

  1. Developed brand mission, vision, voice, and positioning strategy.
  2. Identified and solved core operational and branding problems through strategic frameworks.
  3. Created a tiered pricing product model to enhance affordability without compromising brand values.
  4. Designed a 30-day growth plan focused on storytelling, partnerships, and product innovation.
  5. Built a full visual identity system (logo concept, color palette, typography).
  6. Delivered brand playbook and brand deck for internal and external consistency.

Results & Takeaways

This project demonstrated how strong storytelling, modular product design, and lean operational strategies can reshape perception and accessibility in impact-driven industries like sustainability. It showcases my ability to blend creative brand thinking with real-world business problem-solving.
